Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Shop Fireman to uphold fire safety measures in our facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting safety equipment and training personnel on emergency response strategies. The ideal candidate has a history of safety management or firefighting experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment and procedures.
  • Document and report any issues with fire safety equipment promptly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive fire safety training for staff.
  • Engage in continuous learning regarding fire safety standards and practices.
  • Implement emergency drills and analyze response effectiveness.
  • Assess fire hazards and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with safety teams to improve workplace safety measures.
  • Support investigations and follow up on safety incidents.
  • Foster a culture of safety awareness throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant associate or bachelor's degree in safety management is a plus
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in fire prevention or safety-related roles.
