Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining insulation in various building types, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and comfort in all spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of insulation including fiberglass, foam, and cellulose.
• Collaborate with other trades for effective insulation strategies.
• Perform routine maintenance on insulation systems.
• Document work completed and maintain tools.
• Participate in safety training sessions regularly.
• Evaluate existing insulation for upgrades or replacements.
• Conduct client consultations regarding insulation options.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in insulation installation preferred

Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in insulation installation

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of building codes
• Tool proficiency

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time management

Certifications

• Insulation Installer Certification
• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
