Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tip Finisher to join our vibrant manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in finishing, polishing, and buffing metal parts to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various metalworking tools and equipment for finishing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to resolve any production issues.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient work area.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on buffing and polishing machines.
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in metalworking, specifically in finishing roles

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• CAD software familiarity

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automation in metalworking: Familiarity with automated polishing and buffing systems.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment: Background in a fast-paced manufacturing setting preferred.
