• Provide exceptional customer service while explaining repair processes to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members on large and complex repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest agricultural technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Technical degree in Automotive or Agricultural Technology
• Certified Technician status is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in service and repair of farm equipment
