Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Pediatrician to join our dedicated team. This role involves delivering immediate and high-quality medical care to children facing emergencies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement treatment plans, and stay updated on advancements in pediatric emergency protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to children facing life-threatening conditions in emergency settings.
  • Coordinate with specialists and primary care providers for follow-up care.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in medical practice.
  • Engage in research and training to improve pediatric emergency practices.
  • Educate families on health management and preventive care.
  • Assess and manage pediatric trauma cases effectively.
  • Implement evidence-based practices in pediatric emergency medicine.
  • Participate in educational workshops and seminars.
  • Advocate for the health needs of children in the community.
  • Contribute to policy-making and procedural improvements within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in Pediatrics
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pediatric emergency care setting.
