Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe dispensing of medications and provide patient education.
• Conduct medication reviews and therapeutic monitoring.
• Act as a resource for drug information for patients and providers.
• Collaborate with doctors to ensure safe medication use.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Conduct public health initiatives and outreach.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor formulary compliance and provide recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience

Technical Skills

• Medication Management
• Clinical Pharmacy

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP) is a plus
• Immunization Certification is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational
