Job Description

We need a talented Staple Processing Machine Operator! In this role, you'll oversee the operation and upkeep of staple processing machines, contributing to efficient and high-quality production. A background in textile manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate staple processing machines as per specifications.
• Continuously monitor operations to ensure machines run smoothly.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality assessments of products.
• Document production activities and machine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with team members about production status.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Adapt to changes in production schedules and priorities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED
• Certifications in machine operation are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification or vocational training in machine operation: Formal training in machinery operation is advantageous.
