Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized Container Coordinator to oversee the transportation and delivery of containers. You will coordinate with multiple teams, ensuring timely and safe delivery, while maintaining accurate records of operations.
Responsibilities
Handle container bookings and shipments.
Ensure compliance with all shipping and customs regulations.
Manage and track the inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and address any concerns.
Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Train new employees on shipping and receiving procedures.
Prepare reports on shipping performance and logistics metrics.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
2+ years of experience in a similar logistics role.
