Container Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized Container Coordinator to oversee the transportation and delivery of containers. You will coordinate with multiple teams, ensuring timely and safe delivery, while maintaining accurate records of operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle container bookings and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping and customs regulations.
• Manage and track the inventory of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and address any concerns.
• Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Train new employees on shipping and receiving procedures.
• Prepare reports on shipping performance and logistics metrics.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar logistics role.

Technical Skills

• GPS Tracking Systems
• Inventory Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
