Helpers--Production Workers

Job Description

We're looking for reliable Helpers–Production Workers to help facilitate our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include safely managing hooks and rigging materials while ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a clean and productive workspace.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor promptly and carefully.
• Conduct regular inspections of rigging tools and report any concerns.
• Assist in training new staff in safe handling and use of equipment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Implement best practices for material handling to minimize waste.
• Support other departments as needed during production downtime.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Rigging knowledge
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in rigging procedures: Preferred but not required certification in rigging operations.
• Experience with heavy machinery: Previous experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
