Job Description

As an Insulation Worker, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various environments, primarily focusing on floor, ceiling, and wall applications. This role requires technical skills to measure, cut, and secure insulation, ensuring compliance with safety and fire regulations. Ideal candidates are physically capable, detail-oriented, and possess strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare insulation materials for installation in various structures.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to secure insulation effectively.
• Inspect completed installations for quality assurance and efficiency.
• Document material usage and maintain inventory of insulation supplies.
• Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Work collaboratively with project managers to address any concerns or changes in scope.
• Provide support in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in training new hires on insulation techniques and company standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification or training in construction trades is an asset

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in insulation installation or a related field preferred
