Job Description

As a Heat Treating Equipment Setter, Operator, and Tender, your role will be integral in ensuring the effective operation of our coating line. You will work with advanced machinery to apply precise heat treatments to a variety of metal and plastic products, guaranteeing optimal durability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and adjust parameters on heat treating and coating machines.
• Monitor process variables and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting on machinery issues and resolve efficiently.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on equipment operation and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in manufacturing processes preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

• Coating Technology Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
