We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to help create impactful nutrition strategies and assist in meal planning and delivery for our valued patients. Your role will be pivotal in transforming lives through better dietary practices.

Responsibilities

• Support dietitians in evaluating patients' dietary needs based on medical history.
• Facilitate group nutrition education sessions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for food preparation and service.
• Utilize nutrition analysis software to track dietary compliance.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards in food handling and storage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

Experience

• Preferred experience working with diverse patient populations.

Technical Skills

• EMR software proficiency

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification as a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
