  • Develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Stay informed on HR trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Provide training and resources to hiring managers on recruitment techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR management
