Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, and be skilled in employing innovative strategies to attract talent. You will be involved in employer branding, networking, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with HR to build training and development opportunities for new hire integration.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations during hiring.
• Maintain relationships with recruiting agencies as needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on hiring trends.
• Encourage employee referrals and incentivize recruitment from within.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates during their hiring journey.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR
