Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Rack Maker to join our team. The Rack Maker will be responsible for the construction and assembly of high-quality racks for various industries, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Construct and assemble racks based on blueprints and specifications provided.
  • Utilize various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Select and prepare materials for rack construction.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Inspect and test finished racks for durability and quality.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Document production processes and material usage.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates.
  • Assist in inventory management of materials and parts.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certification or vocational training in carpentry or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in rack assembly or a related manufacturing field.
