Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage the accounts receivable team, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of invoices, collections, and customer payments. This role includes strategic planning to enhance cash flow while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely processing of invoices.
• Evaluate team performance based on established metrics and KPIs.
• Create improvement plans to optimize collection processes.
• Liaise with sales and customer service departments to address customer billing issues.
• Ensure timely decision-making on account adjustments and customer credit limits.
• Perform regular audits of receivable activities to ensure accuracy.
• Identify trends in payment patterns to forecast cash flow.
• Guide team members in optimizing their workload and responsibilities.
• Implement best practices for collections to minimize outstanding debts.
• Contribute to financial strategy development and overall cash management efforts.
