Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our robust team in Pittsburgh. This role involves managing financial records, preparing tax documents, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize monthly and yearly account reconciliations.
• Assist in developing financial strategies and budgets.
• Support the audit process by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance.
• Work closely with other departments to provide accurate financial insights.
• Analyze revenue and expenditures to improve profitability.
• Facilitate communication with external auditors regarding financial matters.
• Train and support junior accountants in their tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
