The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring each meets client expectations and regulatory standards. You'll collaborate with architects and construction teams to create safe and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the execution of design phases and construction.
• Develop and review engineering plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise junior engineers and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Microsoft Project

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
