Job Description

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will oversee the collection, management, and analysis of clinical data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of data collection and delivery for clinical projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Identify data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Engage with external partners to ensure seamless data integration.
• Oversee the implementation of data governance policies and practices.
• Prepare and present reports on data management performance to leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data management, especially in a clinical setting
