Job Description

We are looking for skilled Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setters to ensure the smooth operation of our textile machinery. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for new production runs as per specifications.
• Identify and address any mechanical issues with the machines promptly.
• Document all relevant operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with quality control teams to ensure product standards.
• Continuously monitor equipment performance and adjust as necessary.
• Facilitate regular maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
• Implement improvements for better efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for upgrades and modifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in mechanical or industrial engineering (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in machine setting or related field

• Mechanical aptitude

Certifications

• PLC programming (advantageous)

Languages

• English: Fluent
