• Participate in team meetings to discuss updates and improvements in service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in using POS systems
• Basic cash handling

Soft Skills

• Flexibility and adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
