Job Description

As a Purser, you will manage financial and administrative duties aboard our luxury ships and aircraft. This role requires handling financial transactions, maintaining passenger accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the financial operations and administrative functions onboard luxury vessels.
• Handle all passenger-related accounts and transactions efficiently.
• Maintain an organized system for financial documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments like food & beverage and entertainment for event coordination.
• Monitor spending and adhere to onboard budget requirements.
• Train and manage junior staff within the finance department.
• Respond to customer concerns and enhance guest satisfaction through effective service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or transportation industry.
