Responsibilities
Supervise the financial operations and administrative functions onboard luxury vessels.
Handle all passenger-related accounts and transactions efficiently.
Maintain an organized system for financial documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with departments like food & beverage and entertainment for event coordination.
Monitor spending and adhere to onboard budget requirements.
Train and manage junior staff within the finance department.
Respond to customer concerns and enhance guest satisfaction through effective service.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or transportation industry.
