As a Frozen Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for processing and cutting frozen meat products using various cutting tools and equipment. The role requires exceptional knife skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process frozen meat using various cutting tools and techniques.
Follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Ensure the work area is always clean and organized.
Evaluate meat quality and ensure only the best products are processed.
Maintain equipment and ensure its functionality.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals.
Assist in training new employees on best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in a meat processing facility preferred.
