Job Description

As the Flight Engineer Manager, you will take charge of all flight engineering operations within our organization. Your role will involve overseeing technical teams, ensuring compliance with aviation standards, and leading maintenance initiatives to maximize aircraft efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Guide the flight engineering team in aircraft systems monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Formulate and enforce maintenance and aircraft reliability procedures.
• Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations in all engineering tasks.
• Perform regular audits to assess maintenance efficacy.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth flight operations.
• Mentor junior engineering staff and foster a learning environment.
• Lead the initiative to enhance safety practices within the team.
• Document and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in assessing new tools and technologies for operational enhancement.
• Be involved in strategic planning for flight operations related to engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field

Experience

• 5+ years of aviation engineering experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
