Land Development Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Land Development Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects related to the design and construction of land development sites, including grading, drainage, utility plans, and roadway design.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction of site development projects.
• Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure project success.
• Conduct site visits and inspections for compliance.
• Provide technical support to clients and project teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development civil engineering

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with stormwater management and erosion control: Practical knowledge in managing water resources effectively.
