Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cutting and Slicing Machine Operator, where you will set up, operate, and maintain precision cutting machines. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can ensure quality and safety standards while being an integral part of our production team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cutting machines to produce components to precise specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
• Inspect finished products for adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on cutting equipment.
• Assist in training junior team members on machine operations.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Training in powder cutting machine operation and maintenance

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting preferred.

Technical Skills

• Computer proficiency
• Ability to read technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration
• Good time management skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles: Experience in applying Lean principles to improve efficiency.
• Experience with CNC milling machines: Hands-on experience with CNC machinery for precision manufacturing.
