Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans for mechanical systems.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and interns.
• Interface with customers and suppliers regarding technical requirements.
• Conduct regular design reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Lean Manufacturing Principles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and practices.
