Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Civil Engineer to take charge of drainage system design for diverse projects including commercial, residential, and municipal developments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a robust understanding of civil engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and implementation of drainage solutions for various infrastructure projects.
• Engage in fieldwork to gather data and insights for effective drainage system design.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including specifications and design plans.
• Work closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure proper implementation.
• Review project plans and make necessary adjustments to meet client needs and expectations.
• Assist in the training and mentorship of junior engineers and interns.
• Develop proposals and cost estimates for prospective projects.
• Ensure that all projects meet environmental and sustainability standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in drainage engineering or related fields.
