Job Description

Our seafood company is seeking a skilled and experienced Meat, Poultry, and Fish Cutter and Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in seafood preparation, particularly in butchering and cleaning crabs. You will work collaboratively with our production team to ensure that all our seafood products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing fish and poultry for processing and packaging
  • Cleaning and filleting seafood to meet company standards
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations in the processing department
  • Assisting in the inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Training new employees on proper butchering techniques
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
  • Communicating with team members to ensure product quality
  • Documenting production and quality control information

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in seafood processing or related field
