Job Description

The Behavioral Interventionist plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals with behavioral issues by developing personalized intervention strategies based on evidence-based practices. This position requires collaboration with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans.
  • Conduct regular progress assessments and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Work closely with other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Implement data-driven methods to track client progress.
  • Facilitate workshops for parents and guardians on behavior management techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in behavioral intervention with children
