Job Description

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in our finance department. Your primary responsibilities will include processing payroll cycles, managing payroll documentation, and collaborating with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies. Strong attention to detail and expertise in payroll software are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of payroll processing for the organization.
  • Audit payroll entries for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare payroll tax filings.
  • Address discrepancies in payroll data promptly to ensure accuracy.
  • Compile payroll data for financial audits and compliance checks.
  • Implement improvements in payroll methods and strategies.
  • Assist in the processing of benefits and bonuses.
  • Interact with external auditors regarding payroll records.
  • Ensure training of staff on payroll systems and protocols.
  • Create detailed payroll reports for HR and finance teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in payroll administration
