Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive training programs across the organization. This position requires a pro-active approach to identify learning needs, develop engaging training materials, and facilitate impactful workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of training programs that align with strategic goals.
  • Analyze training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that engage and motivate employees.
  • Assess and enhance the quality of existing training programs.
  • Utilize various modalities to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies regarding training.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers on training methodologies.
  • Continuously seek feedback to improve learning experiences.
  • Track and analyze training metrics to report on program effectiveness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in training and development with a focus on corporate training.
