Job Description

We are seeking skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lathe machines for both metal and plastic materials. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery and tools to ensure effective operation.
• Log production output and maintain documentation for the production process.
• Assist in the development of new machining processes and techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for product design and testing phases.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in CNC operations is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC lathes or similar machinery.

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Tool selection

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality assurance processes: Hands-on experience in implementing quality control measures during production.
