Cardiovascular Technologists and Technicians

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Technologist to join our medical team. The hired candidate will perform various cardiac catheterization procedures, assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions, and ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Help in the setup and breakdown of the catheterization lab post-procedure.
• Responsible for following strict hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist with the training of new staff and students in the cath lab.
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field is preferred
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in interventional cardiology is preferred.
