Our facility is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide top-notch patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring the highest standards of medical support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and patient assessments.
• Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient interactions and care provided in electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team.
• Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care instructions.
• Manage nursing staff schedules and patient assignments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and healthcare audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's in Nursing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in nursing

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Certified Nurse Educator (CNE)

Languages

• Spanish: Fluent

• Experience with electronic health record systems: Familiarity with EHR systems to manage patient information.
