Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Cream Dumper to manage the transfer of cream from storage tanks to production containers. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Dump cream while monitoring flow and temperature for consistency.
• Follow production schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine maintenance on dumping equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in dairy production is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Forklift Operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Advantageous

• Experience with HACCP: Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point principles.
• Basic computer skills: Ability to use basic computer programs for reporting.
