Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cutter Finisher, where you'll operate cutting and finishing machinery to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail will ensure all outputs meet strict customer specifications, while your teamwork will help drive production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and adjust cutting machines for various materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and maintain records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and improvements.
• Provide feedback on equipment functionality and maintenance needs.
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed.
• Work collaboratively with quality control to ensure high standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in print finishing is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience operating cutting and finishing equipment is preferred

Technical Skills

Advantageous

• Experience with various finishing equipment: Familiarity with tools such as perforators and creasers is a plus.
