We are searching for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Premier Accounting Solutions in Virginia Beach. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and input financial transactions in accounting software.
• Provide support in financial audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll reports.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulations affecting accounting practices.
• Participate in the development of the accounting team and foster a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Accounting is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
