Job Description

As an Operational Risk Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing potential risks to enhance the operational efficiency of our business. You will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies that meet regulatory requirements and safeguard the organization's resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk exposure.
  • Recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff on risk management and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with departments to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and trends.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on risk management activities.
  • Participate in audits and support compliance reviews.
  • Develop best practices for risk management in line with industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
