Shoe Machine Operator and Tender

Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator. This role involves operating double needle sewing machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining machinery. Ideal candidates will have experience in the textile industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust sewing machines according to the production schedule.
• Perform quality checks on produced items and maintain production logs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure machinery is in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting minor machine issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production challenges and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in sewing or related fields preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in sewing machine operations, particularly double needle sewing machines.
