Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Scouring Machine Tender to oversee the production process of scouring pads in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating scouring machines and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate scouring machines according to safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs on machinery.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on finished products.
• Keep track of production metrics and report to the Production Manager.
• Foster a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic mechanical skills

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with textile industry and materials: Understanding of textile production processes and materials used.
• Experience with machine maintenance and repair: Hands-on experience in maintaining production equipment.
