Job Description

As a Hoist and Winch Operator, you'll be responsible for safely pulling boats out of the water and ensuring smooth operations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the safety and functionality of our equipment while delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate winching equipment for boat pulls.
• Assist with securing vessels during transportation.
• Conduct regular inspections on equipment and perform basic maintenance.
• Ensure that all safety standards are met during operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the process.
• Participate in training sessions for safety and operational procedures.
• Document all operational activities and report issues promptly.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent service and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience with boats or heavy equipment is advantageous.

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Marine Operator Permit (Preferred)

• Knowledge of local waterways: Familiarity with local waterways and navigation channels.
