Job Description

The Briner is responsible for managing the brining process in the food industry. This includes preparing brine solutions and ensuring that food products are properly brined to enhance flavor and preservation. Candidates should have a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare brine solutions according to established methods.
  • Adjust brine solutions as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Oversee the brining of various food products.
  • Ensure correct storage and proper labeling of all brined items.
  • Enforce hygiene and cleanliness in the production area.
  • Cooperate with the team to effectively schedule brining tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on brining equipment.
  • Carry out quality tests to ensure product standards.
  • Keep detailed records of all brining activities.
  • Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with brine injection equipment is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in food production or brining
Technical Skills
