Job Description

As an Educational Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting students in selecting and planning their study abroad programs. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively support students through their educational journeys.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on program selection and prepare them for their cultural experiences abroad.
• Conduct workshops on scholarship opportunities and fund management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with students to address any concerns.
• Facilitate connections between students and alumni who have studied abroad.
• Manage logistics around travel, accommodation, and cultural immersions.
• Engage with external stakeholders to expand study abroad offerings.
• Support the director in strategic program development.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students during their study abroad.
• Report on program outcomes and student satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within educational settings.

Technical Skills

• Social Media Platforms

Languages

• English: Fluent
• French: Proficient

Advantageous

• Experience with student counseling.: Prior experience in counseling or advising students.
