Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Apparel Machinery Instructor to deliver comprehensive technical training on apparel manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with various equipment and a passion for educating others in a classroom or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive instruction on the usage and maintenance of apparel production machinery.
  • Create and update instructional materials in line with the latest industry standards.
  • Evaluate training needs through feedback and industry developments.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to maintain expertise.
  • Support students in achieving certification and skill competency.
  • Work closely with faculty to integrate machinery training into broader curriculum.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to students post-training.
  • Participate in industry conferences to represent the training program.
  • Assist in curriculum development and instructional design.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree in Education or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel production and machinery operation
