Job Description

Looking for a seasoned Transportation, Storage, and Distribution Manager to lead our logistics operations. This role involves overseeing storage solutions, managing transportation networks, and ensuring efficient distribution processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the logistics operations, ensuring efficient storage, transportation, and distribution of goods.
  • Evaluate and select transportation providers that align with cost and service goals.
  • Implement inventory management practices to optimize stock levels.
  • Conduct risk assessments to enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze transportation performance metrics.
  • Develop training programs for logistics teams on best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement logistics software solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting logistics operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, and distribution
