Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Draw Operator to join our team. The Draw Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining draw equipment to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire drawing machines according to production requirements.
• Inspect wires for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor machines to ensure continuous operation.
• Perform routine maintenance to guarantee proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues.
• Assist in training new operators as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years in a manufacturing or similar role

Technical Skills

• Draw Equipment Operations
• Basic Electrical Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
