Responsibilities

• Melt and pour metal alloys into molds to produce quality metal products.
• Adjust furnace temperature and pressure for optimal melting conditions.
• Inspect and maintain melting equipment for reliability and safety.
• Coordinate with production staff to fulfill order requirements.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Participate in safety training and drills periodically.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in melting and casting metals.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Alloys

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Quality Control Standards: Experience working with quality assurance processes in metal production.
