Beamer Operator

Job Description

As a Beamer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the beamer machine, integral to our fabric knitting process. Your role will ensure that high-quality fabrics are produced efficiently, meeting both quality standards and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Control the beamer machine settings and monitor during fabric production.
• Conduct regular quality checks on produced fabrics.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule machine repairs.
• Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Train junior operators on operational best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or apprenticeship in knitting preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial beamer machines in a manufacturing setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical Training in Textiles: Additional certifications or training in textile manufacturing or machinery.
