Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Core Winding Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining core winding machines while ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate core winding machines according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in machine operation or maintenance

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments preferred
